TARPON POINT MARINA
Cape Coral, Florida

Tarpon Point, located at the famed Rose Garden site, represents one of the last riverfront developments in Lee County and is a show case of mixed residential developments along the Caloosahatchee River. Conceptus was retained to articulate the overall character and theme of the project by developing a virtual tour that both represented specific designs and images of built environments not yet conceived. Conceptus produced the overall video production complete with a script conducive to the established marketing plan and collateral that would allow for updated segments as future development phases entered the design and marketing stages. The digital imagery created helps communicate the Owner’s vision while presenting a useful depiction of the project through a variety of mediums to interested parties around the world.

The project received a 2003 AWARD OF HONOR from the Florida Chapter – American Society of Landscape Architects in the category of Technological Advancement.

THE COLONNADE AT 5TH AVENUE
Naples, Florida

Located on the prestigious 5th Avenue South in Downtown Naples, The Colonnade is an exclusive 18 unit Condominium that provides for the custom design of each unit. Originally an existing 3-story Office & Retail Building, Continental Realty Re-Developed the building to consist of Residential Condominium on the top 2 floors along with a separate 3 story residential building on the original back parking lot. CONCEPTUS was retained to both provide the Landscape Architectural Design for the project that was supplemented by a full 3D Animation virtual tour of the units and grounds that worked as both a design communication tool and as well as an integral part of the projects pre-construction marketing collateral.

The project received numerous 2003 AWARDS the Collier County Building Industry and Local Advertising Accolades.

BELLTOWER PARK
Fort Myers, Florida

CONCEPTUS provided a fully produced 3D Animation for the 82-Acre, 550 Unit Multi-Family Upscale Community in Central Fort Myers. The virtual tour consisted of a complete illustration of the Overall Site, Main Entry Tower, Clubhouse and Grounds and of each of the two primary Residential product types. A representative interior tour of each of the units was also provided to articulate the quality lifestyle and flexible options available.

The project is being considered for a 2004 AWARD from the Florida Chapter – American Society of Landscape Architects in the category of Technological Advancement.

CASA GRANDE AT QUAIL WEST
Bonita Spring, Florida

Casa Grande at Quail West presented a dilemma for the McGarvey Custom Homes. How do you articulate and get potential buyers to visualize a solution to difficult site specific problems without physically presenting it? The Developer found that their solutions were difficult to realize without empirical representation. Conceptus was tasked to illustrate solutions to a series of site related challenges by creating a virtual production that clearly illustrated the Developers vision through the use of 3D animation representative of a conceptual end product. The final production introduced the community and represented the Owner’s final vision in a manner that would allow a potential buyer to fully grasp the solutions and to afford them with their own design approach. The final animation illustrated the Owner’s plan to mitigate the golf cart traffic while fully articulating the highlights that the site had to offer.

The project received a 2003 AWARD OF HONOR from the Florida Chapter – American Society of Landscape Architects in the category of Technological Advancement.

PALMIRA
Bonita Springs, Florida

A 1,800 Acre multifaceted community centered around 36 championship holes of golf was being built out of an existing agricultural field. CONCEPTUS was retained to create the exterior articulation of the finished dream of the project developer. Complete with tours of signature golf holes, the main entry feature (an icon tower & fountain), guardhouse, town center and the central Clubhouse facility and grounds. The final animation was presented in a fashion to fully articulate the ultimate lifestyle of the community for potential residents to view, enjoy and to call home.

The project received a 2001 AWARD OF MERIT from the Florida Chapter – American Society of Landscape Architects in the category of Technological Advancement.
