Select Library of 3D Animations and Virtual Tours
The following select project animations offer a range of project types and applications. Some of the following animations are shown with some post-production, while others are just examples of the raw animations that were the basis of an overall production. For brevity and ease of viewing the service product, the productions are limited in this section.
Please revisit our site, for we will continually update the project biographies to better represent the services CONCEPTUS has to offer. The quality of these animations has been cut and scaled to be easily viewed over the web. The actual project animations are integrated with voice over and video effects and delivered via CD-ROM or DVD.

BRIDGEWATER BAY
Naples, Florida
Bridgewater Bay is a private upscale development located in the fast-growing region of Collier County, Florida. A full-scale animation was provided of the project that focused on the context of the overall development, its primary entry features, and streetscape that culminated with the main Community Clubhouse.

STIPETICH RESIDENCE
Naples, Florida
CONCEPTUS worked with the Architect in an effort to provide a walking virtual tour of the Owner’s vacation retreat. The virtual tours work created I concert with the architects design process to articulate the form and context of the home for ease of the Owner’s understanding of all the nuances of the Home, its site and supporting amenities. |

One of Westgate Communities numerous Time-Share Resorts, the Canyons at Park City represented a unique opportunity to portray a Winter Getaway and Ski resort that focused on a desired season and theme. |

VERSAILLES
Palm Beach, Florida
This full production of a single-family residential community was developed to give the potential buyer a full understanding of the context of the residential community.
3D Animated tours were provided that illustrated the site (via 2D plan graphics) all the way to a drive though of the amazing main entry and it’s features, through the gatehouse and along the streetscape culminating with the Community Center.
We also created a virtual Model Row to represent 3 of the developers select models and a brief highlight of each with it’s relationship to the street and common areas.

THOROUGHBRED LAKES
Park City, Utah
