PALMAS DEL SOL
Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club – Fort Myers, Florida
The design of this 66-unit, 9-story, 3-building Condominium was developed utilizing digital technology. The image below is a “Digital Sketch” that represents hand drawn design and graphics overlaid onto a 3D digital model that represents that actual scale and geometry of the site. We have since further developed proprietary software that enables us to more fully realize design in the digital 3D environment. However, the old technology stills looks pretty good! |

MARRIOTT’S NEWPORT BEACH RESORT
Newport Beach, California
Marriott’s pre-construction sales had suffered because fewer than half of their prospects understood the concept of the hillside resort overlooking the Pacific. We developed a 3D animation and video presentation for the sales center that clearly demonstrated the context of the community, site design, and amenities, helping turn a potential problem into one of Marriott’s most successful projects ever. |

COLONIAL PLAZA
Caracas, Venezuela
Prevailing economic conditions in Venezuela required a unique approach to marketing for this large mixed-use project. Our client wanted to have tenants lined up and ready to go so that when better times arrived they could be the first “out of the ground” to meet pent-up demand. We helped build the level of excitement and enthusiasm for the center very early on enabling the developers to sign Venezuela’s most elite and influential shops and anchor tenants many months in advance of construction. |

NORTH NAPLES REGIONAL LIBRARY
Naples, Florida
As part of the “Friends of the Library” effort, we provided the visual 3D animation for the project to help foster an understanding of the building; it’s grounds, and the character of the setting. The animation was an integral part of the fund raising effort necessary to make the library a reality. |

HOME DEPOT
City of Port Orange, Florida
The images below illustrate one of various Home Depot Projects that we have animated. The Port Orange project presented several challenges that were amiably solved through a clear understanding of the project’s relationship to the adjacent residential neighborhood and adjacent City Municipal Center. The 3D animation sequences communicated the actual minimal visual impact of the development to the adjacent City Complex and also illustrated the revised City Center Entry (below). The adjacent residents ultimately supported the project. |

HOME DEPOT
Jacksonville Beach, Florida
Due to the impact of a large retail development to an existing residential district, Home Depot needed to demonstrate the sensitivity they intended in developing this heavily wooded site. We prepared a 3D animation coupled with large format stills that presented the local community with a clear understanding of how existing Live Oaks were going to be saved and what their visual impact would be on the softening of the building. |

BRIDGEWATER BAY
Naples, Florida
A private upscale development located in the fast-growing region of Collier County, Florida. We provided a full-scale animation of the project that focused on the context of the overall development, it’s primary entry features, and streetscape that culminated with the main Clubhouse illustrated left. |

EAGLE CREEK ESTATES
Naples, Florida
As part of a 30 second commercial spot, we created an animation sequence for the Naples based Eagle Creek Development. The animation featured a 3D model of one of their best selling units animated on a lot in the newly open phase. The selected lot fronted the 8th fairway. Our animation sequence featured the model sitting on a lot where an Eagle flies into view and lifts the roof off of the home. The commercial spot was such a success that the Developer scheduled a second grand opening! |

JACKSONVILLE AIRPORT – TERMINAL EXPANSION
Jacksonville, Florida
As part of the highly competitive design competition for the commission of the North Terminal Expansion, we worked with the Design-Build team in articulating the design intent the team had conceived for the project. The image below is a “still” from an animation sequence that flew you around the terminal and ended with a tour of the main terminal – dubbed – “The Palm Room.” |

MARRIOTT’S BARONY BEACH CLUB
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
Marriott’s pre-construction sales soared after the creation of the below digital image for their new Hilton Head Island resort. At the time this animated image was produced, the technology was new and relatively unproven. We set the bar in a new level of graphic communication for Marriott. This was the first of many successful projects we have subsequently worked with Marriott on. |
